Ingredients: Whole Hot Red Peppers

Typically Used In: Sauces, Soups, Stir-Fry, Curries, Pickling and more! Can be rehydrated in water.

Heat: Approximately 20,000 Scoville Units. A dried pepper that offers a good amount of heat. These peppers are similar to Thai Chili Peppers.

Product Highlight: Add some spice straight from the pepper itself. Use this to make a bold sauce or add some eat to some Asian inspired dishes.
